FAQ
Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A1: We are a producing company. So we can provide wholesale prices for all our goods.
Q2: Do you accept third party inspection?
A2: Yes.we do.
Q3: What types of containers are used to package products from your company and how long is the delivery time?
A3: Generally we use 20″ or 40″ container depending on the quantity of goods ordered. It takes 7 to 15days to deliver for goods we already have in stock and also depending on the location of the buyer.
Q4: Is it possible to order the packaging?
A4: Yes, sure. We will print the information and logo provided by the customer on the box according to your requirements.
Q5: Can you provide relevant documents?
A5: Of course. We can provide Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of loading, COA, Health certificate and Origin certificate. If your markets have any special requirements, just let us know.
Q6: If the inspection result can not meet the agreement between the two sides, can you bear all the losses caused by this?
A6: Yes, we can. We guarantee that the samples provided will meet the needs of our clients and we will bear the risk of default.
Q7:What's your payment terms?
A7: L/C, T/T, Western Union, Bitcoin, Ethereum. Generally we do T/T in 30% upfront payment before production, 45% upon providing shipping documents and balance of 25% upon takeoff. Also payment terms are negotiable depending on customer’s request.
Q8: Can I get a discount?
A8: Yes, different quantities have different discounts. Please contact with us for more detailed info.
